The Opportunity
A standout opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 fit-out contractor in Bristol. You’ll work on fast-paced, high-value commercial interiors and workplace transformation projects for blue-chip clients, managing full commercial responsibility from procurement through to final account.
This role offers exposure to flagship schemes, a high-performing commercial team and strong long-term progression into Senior QS or Commercial Manager roles.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
* Managing commercial activity across multiple fit-out projects.
* Preparing tender packages, procurement and subcontract management.
* Cost planning, forecasting and budget control.
* Assessing variations, valuations and commercial risks.
* Working closely with clients, design teams and internal project teams.
* Producing CVRs, reports and financial updates.
* Supporting final account negotiations and project close-out.
* Ensuring compliance with contract requirements (JCT).
About You
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the fit-out or interiors sector.
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of fast-track delivery.
* Ability to manage multiple projects with demanding deadlines.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Experience with JCT contracts.
* Highly organised with strong analytical and reporting capability.
* Motivated, proactive and able to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
