You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, receiving an annual salary of £25,274. As an administrator you will provide administrative support to the Wastewater services team to enable the effective and efficient delivery of day-to-day site activities.
Duties:
1. Raise Purchase Orders and process GRN (goods received) notes for Wastewater suppliers and contractors
2. Review Mismatch reports, liaising with the Payables team to resolve any invoice queries
3. Input figures for chemical stock takes
4. Organise skip exchanges upon request of site Operators
5. Order stationary & PPE
6. Input the Operator and Craftsperson annual standby rota
7. Review weekly labour hours for Operators and Craftsperson’s making amendments in Ellipse as required
8. Manage the interface with CRIMSON ensuring reports are flagged to appropriate managers for action and that the system is effectively updated and maintained
9. Maintain effective administrative records relating to Wastewater Services activity within the area including uploading UV records and conveying transport notifications
10. Run routine and ad hoc reports as requested and distribute as required
What we are looking for:
11. Maths and English to grade C GCSE standard, or equivalent, or able to demonstrate ability to work at this level
12. IT Literate, knowledge of MS packages
13. Good organisational skills, self-motivation and the ability to prioritise workload
14. Excellent communication skills
