Coleshill Day Service in Llanelli is dedicated to providing support/opportunities to service users who require care, helping them access meaningful activities, opportunities, and choices. We believe in empowering people to live as independently as possible, offering services that promote their well-being and inclusion in the community. We are currently looking for a passionate Senior Supervisor to join our team, contributing to the development of services that support individuals who have disabilities.
The Senior Supervisor will play a key role in supporting the Manager in the development of alternative service models to traditional, centre-based support. This includes adopting Person-Centred approaches to offer diverse opportunities for individuals, empowering service users to make choices that best meet their needs. The Senior Supervisor will lead a designated team, ensuring that they provide the highest standards of care, while also supporting the development of services
