They are seeking a Service Cloud Consultant, the role entails:
* Implementing features including Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Knowledge Management, and Entitlements.
* Translating business requirements into scalable configurations and workflows within Salesforce.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-impact projects.
* Conducting workshops and training sessions, supporting go-live events and documentation.
All applicants must have 2 + years of Salesforce SC experience. They will be well-presented, personable, and dynamic. A stable and progressive career history in permanent positions is essential. Additionally, you must possess a valid UK or EU passport, excellent references, a C2-level proficiency in English, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
