Tuesdays to Thursdays: 8‑9 am. Saturdays: 8‑10 am (or every other Saturday). Additional hours are optional for holiday cover, team sickness or one‑off activities. There is no expectation to accept extra time.
Hourly pay rate:
* Employed: £15.75 p/h + 5.6 weeks holiday
* Self‑employed: £18.40 p/h
* Mileage: £0.45 per mile

I am a mid‑40’s lady with energy‑limiting health conditions that affect my ability to live my life the way I choose. I am looking to add another PA to my existing team, the right PA support gives me back choice and freedom. Could you be a good match?
I am not made for watching TV all day. I love a good purposeful project, gardening, a cuppa with friends, being outside in nature, museums, crafts, volunteering and cooking. My morning shifts are about setting me up for the day, food prep, a shower, quick kitchen tidy and hobbies. It’s important to me that my home is clean and organised, so domestic tasks are included.
Duties include:
* Medication prompting/administering
* Personal grooming
* Other relevant duties as required
* Administration
* Housekeeping
* Shopping
* Cooking
* Transportation
* Looking after pets
* Gardening
* Dressing / undressing
Morning shifts are all about getting up and ready for the day. Tasks may include the following:
* Making breakfast and drinks
* Tidying kitchen and emptying dishwasher
* Putting a wash on and/or putting clothes away
* Food prep such as chopping veggies or boiling eggs
* Shower help and hair wash (no toileting)
* Setting up hobbies e.g. putting sewing machine ready
* Unpacking food shop
* Assisting with daily life both at home and out if you opt for ad‑hoc shifts as cover (I am a wheelchair user)
Requirements & Expectations:
* Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
* Reliable with good time‑keeping
* Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
* Hygienic, tidy and well organised
* Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
* Honest and cheerful
* Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
* Comfortable with pets; must be a non‑smoker and willing to avoid strong perfumes (due to chemical sensitivities and asthma)
* Comfortable with dogs (often a dog visits)
* Driver with own car preferred; mileage paid at £0.45 per mile
* Non‑smoker due to medical reasons; vulnerable to risk of infection and disease transmission
* Must be able to work to high standards of health & safety
* Can‑do attitude, willing to learn, follow routines and work on own initiative once settled
* Good match with the employer – comfortable, friendly and capable of working together to get tasks done
