We currently have an exciting opportunity for asite based, Cleaning Supervisor.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to deliver exceptional results on behalf of the business.
The shift pattern for this position is:
Monday to Friday 07.30am to 16.00pm
This is a static position; therefore, the successful candidate must be able to commuteto UB3 4DG.
OurCleaning Supervisor will be responsible for:
Provide day-to-day supervision of on-site operations, ensuring work is carried out in line with agreed schedules, procedures, and standards.
Act as the primary on-site point of contact for employees and our clients.
Monitor attendance, performance, and conduct of on-site staff, addressing issues promptly and escalating where appropriate.
Actively carry out cleaning duties as required to support site operations and maintain cleanliness standards.
Support the induction and training of new staff, including demonstrating correct cleaning methods, equipment use, and site procedures.
