Location: North Somerset (Hybrid working)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

The Role
The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day recruitment activity end to end, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and attract high-quality talent across the business.
You'll play a key role in ensuring candidates have a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment journey, acting as a true ambassador for the company's values and culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer and onboarding
2. Work closely with hiring managers to understand roles and recruitment needs
3. Deliver a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process
4. Create and manage job adverts across relevant platforms
5. Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and manage feedback
