In the role ofcare assistant, you will be playing an essential rolein providing personaland empoweringtreatment plans to clients with a range of complex needs.You will have the opportunity towork 1-to-1 with clients,monitoringtheir progressor implementingbeneficial routines,ensuringyou see thepositive results within every client you work with.
You will have the opportunity to work with a range of partner companies andwill also be provided with full trainingupon a successful application.Further specialist training is also encouraged by our management team to ensureyou have a chance to grow and reach your potential within thereablement care and rehabilitation sector.

MinimumRequirements:
* Minimum of 2years experiencewithin the care sector
* Fulldriverslicense and access to a car
* A warm, personable natureand able to work with patience and understanding
* Must have the right to work in the UK
* Must havean excellent standard of English, both written and spoken
* Level 2 qualifications in care or a related fieldisadvantageousbut not essential
