About the Finance & Governance Function
The Finance & Governance Function delivers services globally, driving control, risk management, integrity, profitability and efficiency. Services include Finance Business Partnering (including Operational Finance), Group Financial Control, Financial Analysis, Tax & Treasury, Investor Relations, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Risk, Internal Audit, and Legal & Company Secretary.
Academic Requirements
* Degree (minimum 2:2, desirable 2:1) in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics.
Skills and Experience
* Strong interest and/or experience within Finance & Governance.
* Willingness to learn and ability to learn rapidly.
* Excellent organisational skills, able to work independently under appropriate supervision.
* Excellent communication skills, able to communicate at all levels.
* Ability to prioritise workload and consistently meet deadlines.
* Positive "can‑do" attitude, willing to learn and take pride in work.
