Health & Social Care/Hospitality Learning and Development Tutor:
This role is hybrid, with regional travel across the South Coast for onsite learner observations essential. You will be expected to have previous experience in apprenticeship tutoring and delivery.

The Role:

Within this role, you will beresponsible for the planning and delivery of online and work-based learning Apprenticeship programmes, inline with the learner and employers training and business needs and expectations, to ensure learners achieve their desired outcomes inline with the standards expected by Smart Training and Recruitment, Ofsted, the DfE and external Awarding/End Point Assessment Organisations.

Requirements:
* Experience in a range of Hospitality settings, including hotel and restaurant, up to Management level.
* OR experience in Health & Social care, with a solid background in the field to enable you to evaluate and assess observations accurately. You need to be delivering Adult Health & Social Care from levels 2 to 5 Apprenticeship standard
* Confident with using Teams, Office 365 and other technologies.
* A full driving license and access to your own vehicle for travel within your regional area.
