Job overview The role will co-ordinate activities across Population Health Management and associated areas of work within the ICB. Work with key stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of projects; liaising with a range of teams and organsiations where required. Advert 1. Ensure an effective project management office operates for population health projects, including - accurate and transparent status updates, reporting development pipeline, establish deadlines and completion dates, hold the development team to account 3. Ensure that development timelines meet stakeholder requirements and are well managed 4. Own and provide visibility on development timelines, bottlenecks, risks, issues, opportunities, progress 5. Support the evidenced based transformation process by ensuring that new projects and asks are effectively prioritised at each appropriate stage 6. Help plan and coordinate the delivery of the book of work, in close collaboration with team leaders and members, third party development teams and ICB stakeholders 7. Contribute to website content; ensuring that key documents and collateral are available as required 8. Driving best practice and consistency of process across the organisation in activities such as requirements gathering, embedding, communications and evaluation of solutions.
