Estate Agent Branch Manager
Job Summary
* Are you a Branch Manager wanting more or are you a high performing Assistant Branch Manager, Sales Manager or strong Lister wanting to progress with your career?
* Are you a DYNAMIC and INSPIRATIONAL leader of people?
* On target earnings on offer of £60,000 to £65,000.
* Also being offered is an impressive basic salary of £31,000.
* In addition you will have the option of a company car or a £4,000 car allowance.
* Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5:30pm and 9.00am to 5:00pm on Saturdays with 1 Saturday off in 3 (5 day working week).
* Annual leave entitlement starting at 33 days and increasing with service.

Key Responsibilities
* From winning new business to motivating and getting the best out of your team, you will be expected to lead by example and must be professional in your approach to every aspect of the process of selling homes.
Key Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Estate Agency industry, including practical experience in valuations and instruction gaining.
Compensation & Benefits
* Basic salary £31,000 plus £4,000 car allowance or company car.
* On target earnings of £60,000 to £65,000.
