About the Role:
Our business is currently going through a growth phase, and we are now looking to expand our marketing team with a Digital Marketing Manager.
We’re on the lookout for a commercially focused and highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager with deep expertise in SEO and PPC to help accelerate the growth of our award-winning travel brand. You’ll play a pivotal role in defining and executing our multi-channel performance marketing strategy - taking full ownership of organic and paid search channels, while also supporting Paid Social, Email Marketing, and YouTube campaigns.
As part of a fast-paced and collaborative e-commerce team, you’ll lead with data, optimise for ROI, and ensure all digital touch points are aligned to drive quality traffic, improve conversion, and increase revenue. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on digital marketer who’s comfortable owning channel performance and thrives on delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy, with a primary focus on SEO and PPC (Google Ads, Bing).
* Build and implement SEO initiatives to improve keyword rankings, on-site optimisation, site health, and authority-building efforts.
* Plan, launch, and continuously optimise Paid Search campaigns across Google and Bing to maximise lead generation and ROAS.
* Own daily PPC and SEO performance monitoring, ensuring key metrics and KPIs are tracked, analysed, and reported on with actionable insight.
* Support Paid Social (Meta, YouTube) and Email Marketing activity, ensuring synergy across all performance channels.
* Craft engaging content for email, web, social, and paid campaigns to drive quality traffic.
* Manage day-to-day campaign performance and optimise for ROI, lead generation, and sales.
* Use tools like GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, and Meta Business Manager to analyse campaign performance and guide future strategy.
* Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, platform changes, and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on SEO and PPC.
* Demonstrable success in increasing rankings, driving qualified traffic, and improving paid media performance in a B2C ecommerce setting.
* Proven track record of delivering customer acquisition and revenue growth via digital channels.
* Solid understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, A/B testing, and conversion optimisation principles.
* Hands-on expertise across SEO, Google Ads, Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram), Email Marketing, and ideally YouTube Ads/content.
* Highly data-driven with strong analytical skills.
* Confident working independently and in cross-functional teams, with strong project management and communication skills.
* Creative thinker with strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus.
* Travel or cruise industry experience is desirable but not essential.

Monday - Friday - 09:00-17:30. (40 Hour contract)
