Job Title: Account Manager / Account Executive
Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid home/office/field)
Salary Package: €50,000 – €60,000 Base + Variable Bonus + Company Car + Benefits.

The Role:
4. Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders within an existing client base in The Netherlands.
5. Identifying commercial growth (up/cross sell) opportunities within your portfolio of 90 accounts, delivering expert demos.
6. Build and leverage your regional network to develop net new business opportunities.
The Requirements:
7. Minimum 3 years of B2B technology / SaaS sales experience in the Benelux region.
8. Expert in client relations and stakeholder management with excellent communication skills.
9. Competitive, self-driven, and resilient with a consistent track record of target achievement.
10. Able to deliver structured and compelling sales presentations face to face and via video call.
11. Professional business fluency in Dutch and English language. Other European languages would be a bonus.
The Process:
12. 30 min video call with HR Manager
13. 60 min video call with Sales Director
14. 60 min F2F meeting and presentation to sales leadership team
