You will be joining a well established, multidisciplinary consultancy as an Architectural Technologist, joining a team of 60 that consists of structural, civil and architectural staffbined. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be:
1. Usingputer-aided design (CAD) software and traditional architectural methods to develop building plans and designs.
2. Examining space and site requirements.
3. Reviewing technical documentation to ensurepliance with industry regulations.
4. Negotiating effective technological solutions with investors.
5. Preparing budgets and estimating material costs.
6. Liaising with clients.
7. Working across all RIBA stages.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that:
8. You have a degree in Architectural Technology or relevant.
9. Have proficiency with Revit.
10. Have at least 3 years of UK working experience as an Architectural Technologist.
11. Have experience working within the manufacturing sector (Desirable).
