This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 £50,000 per annum, hybrid working (one day from home, four days in the community), and a great work-life balance with Monday to Friday hours no nights or weekends. Youll also enjoy 33 days of annual leave including bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities of the Adult Nurse Manager:
* Create and manage tailored care plans for adults with complex needs.
* Conduct assessments, deliver nursing interventions, and oversee medication management.
* Lead, train, and support a team of carers to deliver high-quality care.
* Build strong relationships with clients, families, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
* Work closely with CHC nurses, commissioners, and stakeholders to ensure best practice.

Requirements for the Adult Nurse Manager role:
* Active NMC PIN as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
* Experience in tracheostomy and ventilator care (desirable)
* Leadership skills suitable for Band 5 or Band 6 nurses
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential
