Your Role Engage confidently with new and existing customers over the phone, using strong questioning and rapport-building skills.
Negotiate and close deals while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve queries quickly and effectively.
Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Record accurate customer data and maintain up-to-date records in internal systems.
About You Proven track record in sales or telesales, with a history of meeting and exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a professional, confident manner.
Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Positive, enthusiastic, and motivated by success.
Detail-oriented and IT-savvy, comfortable learning new systems and tools.
