Robert Half are partnered with a family run organisation in West Lothian to appoint a Finance Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. Fully office based.
Role
This is a well-rounded Finance Assistant role. Duties include;
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Banking and Reconciliations
Monitor Cash-flow
Petty Cash
Assist with Monthly Management Accounts - journals, accruals and prepayments
Support the submission of VAT Returns and Payroll reporting
Maintain the fixed asset register
Assist with year-end
Profile
Previous experience in a similar Finance Assistant role - ideally 1-2 years minimum
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong communication kills
Strong IT skills - Sage experience is beneficial
Drivers license and access to a car or ability to get to Broxburn
Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary of £28,000-£32,000
