Full-time, Temporary, Cranfield £13.05 - £13.19 per hour Ref No: IPRS7299
Our client has a temporary, full-time vacancy for a Receptionist. The role is initially expected to last until 19th December 2025, starting 4th August 2025.
The hours are Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm and Friday 8am to 4pm, with a one-hour lunch break each day.
This is a varied role that requires a hands-on, positive, and flexible approach.
The main responsibilities include providing an effective reception service for visitors, including greeting, answering and transferring phone calls, taking messages, and handling queries.
Requirements
* Previous experience working in an office environment as a receptionist, with a focus on customer service.
* Knowledge of basic office administration procedures.
* Good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Experience in answering phones, call routing, message taking, and providing clear information.
* Well-organized with good time management skills.
* A positive, friendly, and 'can-do' attitude.
