We're now looking for an Operations Support Controller to support the GM and site management team and oversee the IFM contract and associated site facilities activity, achievement of H&S KPIs, and auditing sites to confirm legal compliance.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Deliver service-related initiatives
* Regional training plans to be created, monitored and coordinated with Operational Teams
* Oversee H&S compliance, identifying and resolving all gaps
* Coordinate hazard reporting, accident investigations and H&S audits as required
* Check that all records are compliant in accordance with legislation and DHL policy
this Role Would Suit People Who
* Minimum 12 months' experience in warehouse or transport operations
* Minimum12 month of experience in similar role
* Strong administrative skills
* Knowledge of Health & Safety practices
* Proficient in basic IT tools, including Excel
* NIBOSH certification (desirable)
