Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced retailer to join our team. This salaried position offers full flexibility across 40 hours per week. You'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, managing stock, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service and handle queries efficiently
* Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
* Manage stock levels, ordering, and merchandising to maximise sales
* Ensure the store is clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards
* Train, support, and motivate team members
* Handle cash and card transactions securely
* Monitor sales performance and help implement promotional activities
About You:
* Previous experience in a retail environment is essential (convenience store experience preferred)
* Driving licence is essential
* Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident handling stock management and basic financial processes
* Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player
* Passionate about delivering a great customer experience
