Overview
We are recruiting a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join a well-established HGV business based in the Heathrow area. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys building relationships and supporting customers in a fast-paced commercial environment.
The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, supporting sales activity and ensuring a high level of service throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries
Provide accurate information on HGV products, services, and support options
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
Build and maintain long-term customer relationshipsRequirements
Previous experience in a sales, service advisor, or customer-facing role
Experience within automotive, HGV, or commercial vehicle environments preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident using IT systems and CRM software
Professional telephone manner and attention to detailWhat's On Offer
