Responsibilities: Lead the MS process for all reserve soldiers and assist the Adjt with MS issues for officers. 2 Advise the CO and Bn CoC on career management and MS issues. Act as the focal point for advice to all ranks on CM, CLM, education and accreditation. Prepare for and provide secretarial support to grading, promotion and appointment boards. Engage with APC, HQ INT CORPS and Field Army Understand Group on all career management and MS issues. Quality assure all MS submissions and reporting and finalise Annual Reports. Conduct Formal Career Reviews, as required by the CO. Advertise, process and maintain FTRS commitments. Act as the Unit Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Advisor. Act as the Unit Army Talent Management System Coordinator.
