AMZ Bees is a high growth business with a close team of highly motivated specialists with a common mission. We provide full-service Amazon account management to busy e-commerce entrepreneurs. We take care of the e-commerce health of their organizations. They take care of other important aspects of their business and life.
Due to significant demand, we are anticipating exponential growth for the next few years and need to grow the team, so we're expanding our Strategic Department with more Account Executives. We're on the lookout for someone with strategic Amazon account management skills, ready and eager to help brands develop and scale.
Key Responsibilities
๐ This is a Client-facing role
๐ Client Expertise: Dive deep into understanding each clientโs business, products, competitors, and niche specialties to turn their requirements into actionable steps.
๐ Strategic Planning: Craft and execute comprehensive account strategies tailored to each clientโs goals.
๐ Data Analysis: Dive deep into analytics to uncover insights, understand performance metrics, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
๐ Revenue and Market Share Growth: Drive increased revenue and market share in your designated territory and industry, using our teamโs proven techniques.
๐ Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to set and achieve (or exceed!) revenue targets.
๐ Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction is sky-high and the churn rate stays low.
๐ PPC Strategy Coordination: Collaborate with the advertising team to align on PPC strategies that meet client goals and objectives.
๐ Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to account performance, implementing solutions quickly and effectively.
๐ Performance Reporting: Deliver highly insightful and detailed monthly reports on account performance to clients, ensuring they feel confident and informed.
๐ Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest Amazon trends and industry best practices to ensure our team remains informed and our clients' products stay competitive.
๐ Training and Support: Provide training and support to junior colleagues on Amazon tools and best practices to empower them to manage accounts effectively.
What you will own:
๐ Client growth plan and P&L. Set revenue, profit, and TACoS targets. Build quarterly roadmaps and weekly priorities.
๐ End-to-end account strategy. Listings and SEO, pricing and promos, inventory coordination, catalog health, compliance. Use Brand Analytics and Search Query Performance to guide decisions.
๐ Advertising oversight. Align goals with the PPC team. Approve budgets, targets, and launches. Review ACOS and TACoS weekly and course-correct fast.
๐ Reporting and cadence. Lead weekly updates, monthly reports, and QBRs. Forecast, track gap to goal, and define next actions.
๐ Cross-functional coordination. Drive timelines across PPC and Technical teams, external agencies, and the client team to deliver profitable revenue.
๐ Risk management. Surface and resolve issues quickly. OOS risk, account health flags, listing problems, policy requests.
Requirements
๐ 3โ5+ years in an Amazon agency as Account Executive, Account Manager, or Brand Manager
๐ Proven Track Record: Your track record showcases your knack for developing multiple successful brands to 7 figures, personally managed.
๐ Strong analytical Skills: Google Sheets with pivots, lookups, and clean reporting to evaluate account performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop data-driven strategies.
๐ Ownership mindset and reliable delivery.
๐ Proactive and Dedicated: Youโre proactive and dedicated to your projects, far beyond the typical clock-in-clock-out mindset.
๐ Strategic Thinker: Strategic thinking is your forte, and you can clearly articulate your strategies, always placing yourself in the shoes of the client.
๐ Fluent in English: Clear client communication (in speaking & writing), and meeting leadership skills are a MUST.
๐ Education: Youโve achieved higher education in a relevant field of study.
๐ Trend Awareness: Youโre always in the loop with current and future trends in the e-commerce industry, especially on the Amazon platform.

Salary
Based on experience: 2,500โ4,000 USD per month
Your starting salary depends on your previous experience. Your salary will grow as rapidly as your performance and workload. We donโt cap salaries here; as your skills grow, so does your compensation.
