We have a great opportunity to join Novus, our prison education provider at HMP Five Wells, as an Industries Curriculum Manager. This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis, working 37 hours per week.

Site Information
HMP Five Wells is a Category C prison based in Wellingborough. Built in 2022, this state-of-the-art prison accommodates a male prison population. HMP Five Wells is committed to celebrating diversity and promoting equality. The prison aims to make Five Wells a better place to live, work and visit through collaborative work with third-party partners, the MOJ and surrounding communities.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
* Teaching qualification - minimum Cert Ed or PGCE
* TAQA and Teaching qualifications essential
* Degree or equivalent (including equivalent life / career experience)
* Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
* Implementing continuous quality assurance procedures
* Successful partnership working
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
