Responsibilities
* Delivers and updates sales training across all channels
* Boosts sales skills and product knowledge
* Collaborates with Quality, Product, and Partner teams
* Ensures quality across Inbound, Outbound, and Chat
* Runs audits, monitors KPIs, and reports insights
* Works cross?functionally with Training, Product, and Partner teams
* Main contact for outbound partner (DACH market)
* Leads KPI performance and drives improvements
* Supports outbound campaigns and process optimisation
