This role is with a leading Technology Consultancy known for delivering innovative enterprise digital transformation solutions. You will play a major part in shaping business solutions and driving customer success. They are looking for a technical specialist with a focus on strategy, presales and an expertise in Microsoft Business Applications to lead early-stage client engagements and shape go-to-market initiatives focused on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive and execute GTM and presales strategy aligned to business goals
* Lead discovery sessions, qualify opportunities, and shape winning value propositions
* Design and present scalable D365 CE and Power Platform solutions aligned with best practices
* Own and grow key relationships with a leading cloud vendor and internal teams
* Support RFI/RFP responses with strong technical and commercial input
* Deliver product demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops
* Use personal network to generate leads and expand pipeline
* Continuously refine presales processes and improve win rates
What You’ll Bring:
* 7+ years in presales, solution architecture, or consulting with a strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform focus
* Deep technical knowledge in Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and Copilot
* Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable, cloud-based solutions
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Track record in managing vendor relationships and driving co-sell success
* Experience in crafting and closing complex enterprise deals
* Familiarity with licensing models, delivery methods, and agile practices
* Relevant Microsoft certifications (highly desirable)
