Responsibilities In this role, you’ll take the lead in developing and overseeing psychological services. You’ll deliver individual and group interventions, conduct diagnostic and cognitive assessments, and manage risk assessments. You’ll facilitate staff reflective practice sessions, design and deliver training, and supervise peers to ensure high standards of care. As part of the senior management team, you’ll oversee specialised psychological programmes and ensure clinical governance and professional standards are met.
