Responsibilities
What will your day to day look like?
You’ll be the driving force behind commercial performance - coaching, leading, and building systems that help the team win and expand. You can expect a typical day to involve:
* Evolving core playbooks across pre-enterprise, post-enterprise, and project deployment
* Building a high-performance coaching cadence across Sales, AM, and CSM functions
* Driving consistent pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy
* Getting hands-on with key deals, helping reps craft multi-threaded strategies
* Partnering with the CEO to create bandwidth for geographic and product expansion
* Contributing to broader leadership decisions across the business
Qualifications
This role will suit you if you…
* Have 5-8 years’ experience in B2B sales or customer success
* Have natural leadership skills
* Have a player-coach mentality – happy to roll up your sleeves when needed
* Can coach teams through complex sales cycles, ensuring consistent performance
* Experience in building systematic approaches to account-based growth
* Bring high energy, fast thinking, and a bias for action
