About This Role

As we expand our network of integrated partners, we’re excited to grow our technical support team, JET Connect. In the role of Tech Ops Supervisor: Partner Support, you’ll play a crucial part in triaging and troubleshooting support requests from our partners using our external APIs.

You'll lead a dedicated team of tech ops professionals, ensuring our partners' menus and orders run smoothly. Your role will not only involve managing support tickets but also enhancing our triaging and ticketing processes to help the team scale effectively!


Key Responsibilities

* Provide clear and timely communication to our partners throughout the ticket lifecycle, from receipt to resolution.
* Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and either resolve them or escalate as needed.
* Gather metrics on common support requests to develop comprehensive FAQs for our customers.
* Implement best practices and process improvements for ticket handling and customer support.
* Collaborate with the Technical Support Team Lead to strategize on scaling and enhancing team performance.


What You Bring to the Table

* Experience in Customer Service or Client Management, with a knack for clear communication and issue resolution.
* Proven track record in managing Customer Services or Tech Ops teams.
* A self-starter attitude that encourages proactive change and improvement.
* Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external partners.
* Experience in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed environment.
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms and technologies.
* Bonus Points: Experience in SaaS companies, hospitality/payments, APIs, Postman/PAW, YAML, or JSON technologies.
