We are seeking a motivated Junior Power BI Developer to join our Business Intelligence team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking, a passion for data visualization, and a keen eye for design and storytelling with data. You will support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Power BI reports and dashboards, working closely with experienced Power BI developers and business stakeholders.

What you'll be working:
* This role is fully remote
* Monday to Friday
* 09.00-17.30
What you'll be doing:
* Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports under the guidance of senior team members.
* Transform business requirements into clear, insightful, and visually engaging Power BI solutions.
* Work with existing data models and datasets provided by the BI team—no SQL development required.
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and visualizations.
* Collaborate with other Power BI developers to standardize reporting templates and design practices.
* Assist in documentation, testing, and publishing of Power BI reports to the Power BI Service.
* Participate in regular team reviews, sharing ideas for report improvements and enhancements.
* Stay updated with new Power BI features and best practices.
What you'll have:
Essential:
* Hands-on experience building Power BI reports and dashboards.
* Strong understanding of Power BI features such as DAX, data modelling and report design.
* Good sense of visual storytelling and ability to present data clearly.
* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new BI tools and methods.
Desirable:
* Understanding of basic data concepts (relationships, measures, dimensions, etc.).
* Experience using Power BI Service (workspaces, sharing, permissions).
* Familiarity with Power Query.
* Exposure to Power BI governance, report deployment, or version control practices.
