The Role
As a Graduate Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving clients’ growth by identifying, engaging, and placing senior-level professionals in key leadership positions. You’ll develop deep sector knowledge, build meaningful relationships, and directly impact high-level hiring decisions.
You will:
* Conduct market research and talent mapping across high-demand industries
* Engage directly with senior professionals through calls, meetings, and interviews
* Support clients with tailored executive search solutions
* Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
* Learn the full recruitment cycle – from research to deal closure
* Collaborate with a high-performing, supportive team to achieve and exceed targets

Compensation & Rewards
* Starting salary: £26,000 - £29,000
* Uncapped commission: Earn up to 60% of fees – realistic first-year earnings of £50K+, with top performers reaching six figures
