Are you passionate about supporting young children at the very start of their learning journey? A warm and inclusive primary school in Windsor is looking for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from 29th September 2025.

Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum through engaging, play-based and structured activities
* Create a positive and caring atmosphere that encourages independence, curiosity, and confidence
* Support early literacy, numeracy, and communication skills through interactive learning
* Provide emotional and pastoral support to help children feel secure and ready to thrive
* Collaborate with parents, carers, and staff to support each child’s unique development
* Participate in EYFS events and contribute to the wider school community
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working in an EYFS setting (nursery or reception)
* A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (preferred)
* A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to working with young children
* Strong understanding of child development, safeguarding, and inclusive practices
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for early years education and creative learning
