The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students both academically and personally throughout the school day. Your responsibilities will include: Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities Supporting students' social, emotional, and behavioural development Encouraging independence, confidence, and engagement in learning Helping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm Full-time, long-term opportunities available Start Dates Immediate starts available for current vacancies September starts available for upcoming long-term positions About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant (essential) Experience supporting children or young people with a range of additional needs A calm, patient, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Team Teach training (highly desirable) What’s on Offer?
