Brand Experiences Team
The team leads marketing transformation within Personal Care, working with global and local teams to develop culturally relevant partnerships, digital experiences, social, influencer, and creator strategies, and a content infrastructure for continuous engagement.
Key Responsibilities
This role is pivotal in transforming Personal Care brands towards Social-First Demand Generation, focusing on influencer and creator marketing, community content, and social strategy execution. Responsibilities include:
1. Leading the global influencer and creator practice for Personal Care.
2. Developing capabilities around culture, community, and influencer partnerships, ensuring quality and measurement standards.
3. Supporting regional teams in executing impactful influencer activities.
4. Sharing learnings and optimizing future campaigns.
5. Piloting innovations, creating scalable models, and managing agency relationships.
6. Training and upskilling teams on social media strategies.
7. Collaborating with procurement to manage agency and platform partnerships.
8. Experimenting with new engagement methods with influencers and creators.
9. Creating amplification strategies for cultural and sporting events like FIFA tournaments.
10. Leading influencer collaborations in music, sports, and other passion areas.
11. Developing influencer marketing blueprints and training materials.
12. Measuring campaign success through KPIs and analytics, ensuring a repeatable, effective model.
