We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Client Service Executive Lead within our Private Bank UK Special Segments team.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to liaise directly with a wide range of clients with diverse backgrounds and sophisticated banking requirements. You’ll provide dedicated leadership and support to the Relationship Management team by overseeing a client service support team in conjunction with taking responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day client servicing duties.
You’ll be responsible for monitoring performance and activity within your team, with a view to controlling and minimising operational risks, while ensuring a high level of skills and relevant expertise is maintained throughout the team.

In this role you’ll:
* Lead by example, demonstrating expected core behaviours and values including teamwork, focus, drive and determination.
* Organise and run regular team meetings for your appointed CSE Team.
* Develop and lead a high-performance culture. Train and develop staff.
* Monitor performance and activity within your appointed CSE team with a view to controlling & minimising operational risks throughout the business.
* Maintain the highest standard of excellence in client service attending to client enquiries and requests.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
* Demonstrable track record of liaising directly with High Net Worth clients within a Private Banking or Wealth Management environment – essential
* Excellent communication in all forms
* Ability to work under pressure and stick to tight deadlines, while maintaining high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent time management skills, well organised and ability to prioritise
* Ability to address existing processes and drive change
* Proven expertise in leading high performing teams
