HMP Bronzefield are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders to deliver HR solutions that maximise people performance, drive workforce planning, and strengthen overall business performance. In this role, you will provide strategic HR guidance across all people-related areas, including employee relations, talent management, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and HR change initiatives. You will use HR analytics to identify opportunities for improvement, design practical interventions, and support leaders to implement policies and best practices effectively. You will also facilitate HR initiatives such as reward frameworks, engagement surveys, succession planning, and organisational development, while building strong relationships with senior management, People Services, and Central HR Advisory to ensure a joined-up HR service. Analyse HR data to influence performance and business progress. Facilitate effective communication between senior managers and stakeholders in line with Group and Central HR guidelines. Keep up to date with employment legislation and ensure implementation. Support HR change initiatives as required. Provide HR support for mobilisations and demobilisations, including due diligence. Work with Head of HR, HRBP Projects, and Central HR Advisory to deliver HR calendar events, including Reward frameworks, Performance Management, Star Awards, Long Service Awards, Talent frameworks, and Employee Engagement initiatives. Provide local support on complex employee relations matters and coach line managers to improve handling of cases. Maintain strong relationships with People Services and work with Central HR to ensure a positive ER and Industrial Relations climate. Manage local and head office communications and engagement initiatives. Promote Diversity & Inclusion and contribute to Investors in People re-accreditation. Support resourcing and recruitment by providing local labour market insight, improving attraction and retention, reducing vacancies, and assisting managers with resource planning.
