As a Maths Teacher working with TailorEDucation, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning and development. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons or learning activities, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring pupils are inspired to achieve their best. About the School/Setting
This setting has recently had excellent results within their mathematics department in both GCSE and A Level. The maths department is supportive with a HOD middle leader that has been in post for a substantial period of time, and has a proven history of supporting ECT's through their induction period.
The Ideal Candidate Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Proven experience delivering lessons within a UK school environment
* Strong subject knowledge and the ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
* A passion for supporting the progress and wellbeing of all learners
