Teaching Assistant
Newport
We are looking for a Qualified Teaching Assistant to join the team at a Private Primary School in Newport. This will be on going agency work. The rate of pay is £ per hour 8:30-15:45 Monday to Friday in Term Time.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide support to students with emotional, social behavioural problems, mental health, and autism.
– Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for learning and personal development.
– Adapt to diverse situations, showcasing creativity and flexibility.
– Utilise excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students and colleagues.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
– Previous experience working with children and young people of any age with complex behavioural problems.
– A considerate and caring nature that resonates with the challenges students may face.
– Strong communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration within the educational environment.
– Creativity and adaptability to cater to the unique needs of each student.
