Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of operational plans to ensure smooth QA function across all departments. Experience: Degree-qualified in a scientific discipline (e.g., microbiology, biology, biomedical sciences) or equivalent. Proven experience in quality assurance within a regulated manufacturing or laboratory environment. Strong knowledge of quality systems, ISO standards, GMP/GDP principles, and regulatory compliance. Skilled in leading audits, managing CAPAs, and interpreting quality metrics. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in data analysis tools, LIMS, and Microsoft Office.
