Our client, a leading facilities services provider, is seeking a Reactive Helpdesk Coordinator to join their busy team in the City of London. The Role As a Reactive Helpdesk Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming maintenance requests and reactive works across a diverse property portfolio. You’ll ensure issues are logged, prioritised, and allocated efficiently, while keeping stakeholders updated and delivering excellent customer service at every step.
