Job Description
The duties of the HR Advisor will include:
3. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
5. Manage the recruitment and selection process
6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
7. Maintain pay plan and benefits program
8. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
9. Nurture a positive working environment
10. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
11. A degree in Human Resources or related field
12. CIPD Level 5
13. Demonstrated experience in a HR role within the retail industry
14. Proficient knowledge in HR systems and databases
15. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
16. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
