YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITH QUICKBOOKS SOFTWARE AS NO TRAINING IS PROVIDED
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing part time temporary with no legal obligation, but long term may be an option for the right candidate.
Interview Details: An informal chat to see where you will be working, meet the team and quell any first day nerves.
Location: NN8
Hours of work: The company is open Mon – Fri between 09.00 – 17.30 and you will ideally work 09.30 – 14.30 Mon to Fri, circa 25 hours a week.
Our Client: A friendly and family run company with a small quiet office.
The Role: The successful candidate will assist with supporting accounts admin in the QuickBooks software.
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Invoice administration onto QuickBooks
2. Checking and resolving invoice queries and liaising with customers and suppliers
3. Inputting invoice details and general purchase and sales ledger
4. Order processing, telephone liaison and handling accounts queries
5. Credit control and resolving payment issues owing to missing PO’s

1. A confident and friendly telephone manner
