Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic procurement initiatives across direct and indirect categories, securing best value and ensuring business continuity.
Act as commodity lead on assigned projects and contracts.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide commercial insights and influence key sourcing decisions.
Develop, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts; oversee supplier performance and resolve supply chain challenges.
Support large-scale CAPEX projects and indirect procurement needs, including facilities and services.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise cost, quality, and procurement processes.
Ensure procurement compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and contract obligations.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in strategic procurement, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a track record of managing CAPEX and indirect procurement.
Confident negotiator with the ability to build and manage long-term supplier relationships.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications.
A forward-thinking, detail-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
