As Executive Assistant within the Blavatnik School of Government's Executive Office, you will play a central role in supporting senior faculty members in a fast-paced, high-performing and collaborative environment. This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same, involving diary and travel management, event coordination, meeting support, preparation of papers and handling confidential matters with professionalism and discretion. You will act as an ambassador for the School, building strong relationships with colleagues, students and high-profile external stakeholders, while ensuring an exceptional standard of administrative and organisational support across a wide range of activities.
You are highly organised, adaptable and proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong attention to detail. You thrive in busy environments, balancing competing priorities with sound judgement, tact and discretion. Whether you already have significant experience providing executive support or are looking to build your skills in a mission-driven environment, you take pride in delivering work to a consistently high standard. A collaborative team player with a flexible, can-do approach, you are confident managing confidential information, coordinating complex arrangements and building trusted professional relationships with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures.
