We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our clients team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. Duties:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate information about our products and services
* Assist customers with processing payments, and resolving billing issues
* Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
* Maintain customer records and update information as necessary
* Reviewing and processing requests on behalf of the client.
* Working to service level agreements and process information accurately.
* Receive and resolve enquiries from customers and their advisors.
* Ensure information on CRM systems are current and accurate.
* Process any amendments to customer's accounts accurately
* Ensure new customer information is onboarded accurately
* Overseeing client accounts and ensure appropriate follow up
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
* Utilize CRM system to manage customer interactions
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
* Knowledge of financial services is a plus
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
* Proficient in using computer systems and navigating various software applications
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
