Free on-site parking Access to reduced healthcare if successful for a permanent contract Day to Day Duties The day to day duties of an Administrator with our client will be: General administration duties Accurately inputting data onto spreadsheets Assisting staff with various different requirements as and when needed General office management, housekeeping, arranging and booking meeting rooms as required Processing weekly time sheets, chasing outstanding time sheets, and sending data out for approval Essential Skills As an Administrator you must have: Have a good level of written and verbal communication skills Microsoft Excel literate Be able to prioritise, work to deadlines and work effectively under pressure Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues Desirable Experience Available for an immediate start Purchase Ledger Experience would be an advantage What training is provided?
