Job Title: Finance Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Finance Assistant to support the finance department with day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, a good understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments
* Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems
* Support month-end and year-end close processes
* Handle petty cash and staff expense claims
* Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers
* Provide general administrative support to the finance team
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, or similar role
* Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
* Experience with Sage Accounting software
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Hours: Part-Time (Hours to be agreed)

Pay: From £12.26 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
