We are working with a well-established and respected client with a strong reputation for quality and reliability, who is seeking an experienced Machinery Service Technician to join their team, offering a varied role combining workshop-based work and onsite servicing.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high levels of customer service and technical support
2. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on modern machinery in both workshop and onsite environments
3. Complete all relevant service documentation accurately and within required timescales
4. Represent the client professionally and maintain high service standards
5. Support, mentor, and assist junior team members where required
Candidate Requirements:
6. Proven ability to diagnose and repair modern machinery
7. Good understanding of current industry practices
8. Disciplined and able to work independently or as part of a team
9. Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
10. Full UK driving licence
11. Ideally holds an Engineering or Mechanical qualification
12. Experience using diagnostic equipment and IT systems
13. Willingness to attend supplier and manufacturer training courses
