Cineworld Telford is a vibrant 11 screen cinema located at Southwater Square. It is a complexity 4 cinema containing both IMAX and 4DX screens along with a Starbucks Store. The management team consists of a General Manager, 2 Cinema Managers and 1 Starbucks Store Manager, 3 Team Leaders and 2 Starbucks Supervisors.

Starbucks Barista
The role of the Starbucks Barista is to contribute to Starbucks’ success by providing legendary customer service to all customers by delivering prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. The Barista acts in accordance with, and as an ambassador for Starbucks guiding principles, culture and values; embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities
* Acting in accordance with, and as an ambassador for Starbucks guiding principles, culture and values
* Embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do
* Discovering and responding to customers’ needs, providing product sampling and demonstrations to deliver the Starbucks Experience to customers
* Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, security and health and safety to ensure the safety of self, customers and partners at all times
